Company History:

The Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. Team

Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. was started over twenty years ago by Jenny Alleyne who is well known for her personalized service and dedication, and over the years this family-run business has worked hard to maintain its hard-earned reputation.

Initially Jenny focused her attention on the management and rental of a select group of luxury properties on the West Coast of Barbados.  Over time her daughters, Dawn & Fiona Alleyne, joined the company thereby setting the stage for continued expansion.  With room to grow, Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. began to take on the management and rental of additional luxury villas.

Alleyne Real Estate, a division of Jennifer Alleyne Ltd., came into being when Jenny’s nephew, Paul Alleyne, was invited to join the team to help meet the increasing demand for additional services in sales and long-term rentals.

The company continues to go from strength to strength through the effort of all staff members, the addition of luxury villas to its portfolio, and the exclusive handling of sales and management efforts for a number of highly successful property developments.

Villa Management:

Dawn, Sophie and Danielle

Taking a very hands-on approach and showing great attention to detail, the Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. portfolio of properties is overseen by a management team made up of Jenny Alleyne, Dawn Alleyne, Michelle Barber and Sophie Worme.

Jenny and Dawn manage a select group of stunning estate homes, a number of which have been in Jenny’s care for over twenty years!  Michelle is responsible for the general operations at Villas On The Beach, a new 18-unit luxury apartment development located on the beachfront in Holetown, while Sophie supervises the management of a number of luxury apartments on the West Coast.

Our dedicated team of property managers ensure that each and every villa is always maintained to the highest of standards and that guests and owners alike are well taken care of during their stay.

Luxury Villa Rentals:

Danielle Dickenson manages our villa rental department – with hard work and great enthusiasm, Danielle promotes our rental properties on a daily basis and pulls from a large inventory of wonderful homes to meet the varying needs of all clients.

In an effort to ensure a great, care free holiday Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. can arrange everything from airport transfers and hired cars to boat cruises and baby sitters for guests.  You need only ask!

Through our well marketed website, excellent working relationships with third party vendors and high rate of repeat clients, our villas enjoy excellent rentals.

Sales & Long Term Rentals:

Michelle and Paul

Our sales department, re-branded as Alleyne Real Estate, is run by Paul Alleyne and Michelle Barber who handle every aspect of the sales process – through consultation with the client they will collect clients for viewings, suggest the most suitable properties to be seen, and assist in the selection of an attorney.  Paul is also a director of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers’ Association (BEAVA) which promotes standards of practice and ethics within the local real estate industry.

Alleyne Real Estate represents a number of exceptional property listings and is involved with the promotion and sale of developments throughout the island. We also offer a variety of residences for long term rent and specialize in helping off shore business find suitable properties for employees and their families.

The Office:

Donna and Fiona

As Office Manager, Donna Ward has been a part of Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. longer than any other member of staff.  She ensures that the office runs smoothly and that the company functions efficiently at all times. 

The Accounts Department is managed by Fiona Johnson (formerly Alleyne) who ensures that all accounting records are in order.  

Donna and Fiona are responsible for seeing that all bills are paid, rents are received and all Government taxes are submitted in a timely fashion.

Consultant:

Richie Alleyne is well known on the island in property development and the hospitality industry and brings to Jennifer Alleyne Ltd. wide experience in the real estate business.  

Alleyne Real Estate exclusively represents a variety of property developments on the island and, with Richie’s input, is able to offer developers excellent professional advice to help create a highly marketable product.
